Welome to NJ, Jack, Johanna, and Sam! This weekend we hosted little Anthony's foster brother from Vietnam, Sam and his parents, Jack and Johanna. Sam and Anthony were very close when they lived in Vietnam and we are very fortunate to have the resources to maintain their friendship now that they are home. It was a joy to see the two boys together playing and doing "boy stuff"! Little Anthony even learned to enjoy eating broccoli, because naturally "Sam eats bwocki"! Peer pressure CAN have it's good points, too, you know! LOL!
We wanted to give the "T" Family a tour of what the East Coast has to offer, as they are from Oregon. So, we spent some time cruising the shore, a family favorite for the DePrince Family! We dined at our favorite Vietnamese restaurent in Philly, Nam Phuong, and of course made a pitstop off to visit the boys favorite little red monster over at Sesame Place! We rounded out the weekend with a reunion of most of the NJ Holt VN Families, all of which strangely enough came from the same province. I will write more on this in another post... here are some pics from our weekend! Enjoy...
